Refund policy

We have a no return policy for all services and merchandise from our Pro Shop. That said, within 15-days of purchase we will accept exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations

For all lessons and bookings we have a 24hr cancellation policy. Anything inside this time frame can’t be cancelled. Rescheduling your time may be possible - please email us at hello@thegolfstudio.caÂ
