Do you provide balls and tees? Do I have to bring my own?

We provide balls and 7 heights of specialized simulator golf tees. If you decide to use your own balls, please make sure they are clean and do not have any sharpie marks or other ink on them, or any cuts or abrasisons, as it will damage the screen.

Technically, yes, but right-handed hitters should set up to the right of the hitting mat, and lefties should set up on the left side of the mat to allow maximum wall clearance for their swings.

How can I change the yardage on the range?

When setting up your session, you will see all the colours of tees beside the name of each player. Select the tee box you wish to use for each individual player by clicking on the color you want to play from. NOTE: The colour of tee on the left is the farthest from the hole (usually black) and as you move along to the right, the distance becomes shorter (the shortest usually being red or yellow).

Can both left-handed and right handed players use the simulator?

Yes. Right-handed players will set the ball to the right side of the hitting mat and left handed players will set the ball on the left side of the hitting mat to allow maximum clearance from walls.

Sensor is not picking up or reading the ball

This may happen from time to time for various reasons. For people with white headed clubs, like some Taylor Mades, Cobras, Honma etc. there may be instances where the sim doesn’t pick up the white ball. In these cases, a piece of tape on the top of the club usually helps. In other cases, the ball may have taken an angle which the simulator didn’t pick up. If it continues, pick up the phone and give us a call.

The computer is off

If your bay computer is off, it may have been shut down accidentally. Open the cabinet under the keyboard and monitor to find the computer itself. The power button is on the top (it’s a bit dark, so you may need your cell phone light to find it). Press the power button and she’ll fire up quickly.

The light and/or projector turned off before the end of my session

This is not something that should normally happen, but if it does, the white remote control next to the keyboard is for the projector. Hold the red power button and the projector should come back on. If not, please call support.

The monitor is off

If the projector is working but the monitor is black, try turning the monitor power on and wait a few seconds. The power is a “touch button” on the bottom right portion of the monitor (it does not depress). If it still doesn't work then the monitor may be broken. Please contact us so we can get it fixed asap.

There are no balls in the sim

We apologize for the inconvenience. We regularly replenish the sim with fresh balls, however, some golfers may have removed balls from your bay. Please feel free to use your own balls, but please make sure they are clean, have no cuts, and have no sharpie ink, or other special markings on them as they will damage the hitting screen.

There are no tees in my bay

We apologize for the inconvenience. We regularly replenish the sim with tees, however, some golfers may have removed tees from your bay. Please check the slot in the desk under the keyboard. If there are none there, please call support.
