Where are you located?
The Golf Studio is located at 7 Paul Street, Picton, ON, K0K 2T0
Do you have parking available?
Yes, any of the 14 parking spaces surrounding the building at 7 Paul Street may be used by The Golf Studio patrons free of charge
How can I enter the facility?
The only way to enter the facility is by using the Smart Door access link in the email you receive after booking. This link works from 10 minutes before your start time until 10 minutes after your end time. You must make a booking to enter. If you have guests, they can use your email (forward it to them) to access the Smart Door Key.
The Smart Door Key doesn't open the door
Wait until the light turns green, then push the door open. If still not opening, give it a little pull and then a push. Finally, push doorbell for support during support hours (8am to 9pm) if you still have no luck.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Light food and beverage is allowed. Alcohol is not allowed. Please be considerate and keep the bay clean. Leave the bay in the same condition you found it in. You will find a vacuum in the space to clean up any mess from snacks or shoes etc. Please use it if needed.
Can I wear my golf shoes?
Yes. You can wear golf shoes. Please make sure they are clean and do not damage the mats. Iron cleats are not allowed.
Are there any drinks or food for sale on premises?
Yes, there are non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks for purchase in the space. Please pay by scanning the QR code located above the snack bar, which will take you to the website where you can pay with your credit card.
What if I don't have a data plan for my mobile device?
Connect to our wifi first and then access the email with your smart door access link. Our wifi password and SSID are:

What if I need a smoke break outside or forgot something in my car?
No problem. You may leave and re-enter as often as you like during your booking window. The Smart Door access code is active until 10 min after your booking time. Just remember to bring your phone with you! Please note that there is no smoking of any nature, including cigarettes or marijuana, or vaping,
inside the Building, at the front entrance to the building, or within 10 feet of any of the
entrances to the building.
What if I forget something after my session is over?
You will have up to 10 minutes to return. After which you will need to make another booking or contact us during customer service hours.
Do you have a lost and found?
Any items left behind will be kept at The Golf Studio. Pleae contact us to retrieve any lost items.
What are your support hours?
Technical support is available everyday from 9AM to 9PM.
