The space is $50.00 per hour (plus HST) to rent, regardless of the number of people you have in your party.  The simulator can accommodate 7 golfers at once, but you may bring a total of 8 people into the space.

You sure can. Keep in mind that bookings for studio time less than 24 hours away can't be cancelled.

Yes. You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours prior to your booking start time. Cancel by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately, no. You can't edit a booking. Just cancel the existing booking and make a new one.

We do! There's a lefty and a righty set available in the studio for use at no charge.

Yes. As long as the schedule is open, you can just create another booking. Be sure to book before the start time. Once the start time has passed, you won't be able to book that tee time. For example, at 5:04pm, you can only book the 5:30 slot, not the 5:00.

If you have cancelled your booking within the proper cancellation window, then you will receive a full refund.

You can book as far in advance as you'd like. Note this policy may change.

No. Available time blocks are viewable, and any existing bookings are private.

Very. Your credit card information goes directly to our third party credit card processing company, Stripe. This information never goes through our web servers. Stripe is a global online payment processor trusted by thousands of online businesses. Stripe is a level 1 PCI Service Provider, all transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected, and all credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s data centre.

You should budget 45 minutes to 1 hour per person. How long it takes to play a round depends on many factors such as tyle of play, how many strokes you normally take, concede distance etc. Making sure the next person is ready to hit will ensure you get your round done on time.

The minimum booking time is 30 minutes.
